Principles of Ion Chromatography
IC-101
Video-based training program
Chromatography is explained: what it is and how it works. The basic terms and objectives of the
course are presented.
Ion exchange materials and mechanisms are analyzed to explain factors affecting elution order and rate. Conductometric,
electrochemical and photometric detector systems are compared to show their advantages and limitations
and to aid in choosing the right detectors. "Real life" applications are presented so the viewer
can know what to expect in the laboratory.
